About
Hello there! I am currently a freelancer, based in Athens, Greece. I enjoy designing web products that provide delightful user experiences. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, followed by a ten year experience in printing industry and five years of freelancing.
In 2021, I decided to make a career shift to UI/UX Design to build up my skills and broaden my career opportunities. I attended online courses and focused on more specialized areas such as web design (mobile, e-commerce, responsive) and web development.
Upon joining the UI/UX world, I learned how to conduct UX research and user testing, to create user flows, wireframes and prototypes. I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
I have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap and Wordpress. I create simple custom websites or websites built with Wordpress. When it comes to more complicated projects I collaborate with professional Web Developers.
Throughout my life, I have been fortunate enough to work in sales and hospitality which helped me boost my team spirit and develop empathy. Moreover, I have lived abroad as a cabin crew, travelling the world and operating with people from different backgrounds and nationalities.
I'm an optimist, dedicated to growth, always eager to learn new trades and be up to date. I love being a designer and believe that working hard and smart with efficiency and consistency is the key to a successful career.
